Helping the client recover their website

Client: Silkflow is a Buckinghamshire-based water treatment specialist, providing and installing water softeners for both commercial and residential clients.

Brief: Silkflow already had a website but their previous supplier had gone under, leaving them in difficulties. They wanted us to resolve the various associated issues, such as badly designed forms and frames and poor coding, and get them back online quickly.

Solution: We nursed Silkflow’s ailing project back to health with our comprehensive support services. In a very short space of time, all the outstanding issues were totally resolved, allowing the site to go live again as quickly as possible.

Results/feedback: Silkflow were so pleased with the services they received from us that they subsequently decided to commission us to rebuild the entire site.
