Paradiddles
Client: Paradiddles is a Buckinghamshire-based music shop, which sells high quality instruments, both new and second-hand. They also offer a repair service.
Brief: To take the store from a point of having zero technology to having email and a full e-commerce website.
Solution: We devised a solution for Paradiddles using a phased approach, to avoid overloading the staff with too much change at once.
Initially we created a small site, giving the store a presence on the web. We trained the staff to use the internet and email. They then graduated on to learning about using Paypal and Ebay. Finally, when everyone was fully confident, we went on to launch a comprehensive e-commerce shop and develop an online marketing strategy to increase sales.
Results/feedback: “If only someone had filmed us… to show how we went from nothing to selling on the internet. Our web sales are now a very significant proportion of our total turnover. Thanks to Imre Limited we are now gaining customers nationwide. We regularly sell to Wales and the north of the country.”
